As a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be playing a vital role in addressing concerns, providing top-notch support, and making a difference…one interaction at a time. Now offering a $1000 HIRING BONUS! $18/hr

What You'll Do:
• Help customers with product/service support
• Document call-related information for auditing and reporting
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
