As an English-Speaking or Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be playing a vital role in addressing concerns, providing top-notch support, and making a difference…one interaction at a time.
What You'll Do:
• Help customers with product/service support
• Document call-related information for auditing and reporting
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services

Must meet one of the following requirements:
• Minimum experience of 1 year in financial services
• Two years of call center experience
• Six months experience within the financial/banking industry
Pay: $17 English-only, $18.50/hr bilingual English-Spanish
